Warranty Policy

V Haus Living β€” Terms & Conditions and Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing V Haus Living. Please read the following Terms & Conditions and Warranty Policy carefully before placing your order. By confirming your order, you agree to the following:


1. Product Condition Upon Delivery

All items will be inspected and securely packaged before delivery.
For fabric sofa products, any damage or defects must be reported immediately upon delivery. Claims made after our delivery team has left the premises will not be accepted. Once delivery is accepted, the product will be deemed received in good condition.


2. Colour & Fabric Variation

Due to differences in fabric dye lots, slight colour variations may occur between the actual product and showroom samples, previous purchases, or photos online. Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.


3. Free of Charge (FOC) Items

Any free items included in the order (e.g., throw pillows, accessories, or promotional items) are not covered under warranty. No replacements or repairs will be provided.


4. Display & Clearance Items

Products sold as display units or clearance items are sold in β€œas-is” condition with no warranty. Please inspect these items carefully before purchase. No exchanges or claims will be accepted after purchase.


5. Customer-to-Customer Delivery

If V Haus Living assists in delivering items between customers (e.g., resale to another buyer), such deliveries are offered as a courtesy only. They are not covered by any warranty, liability, or damage claims. Customers are responsible for secure packing. V Haus Living will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from such arrangements.


6. General Warranty Coverage

V Haus Living provides a 1-year limited warranty on selected items covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use. This includes:

  • Structural integrity of board panels (MDF, particle board, plywood)
  • Hardware components (hinges, drawer runners, connectors)
  • Laminate or veneer adhesion (peeling, bubbling)

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, dents, scratches, discolouration
  • Natural variations in wood grain, knots, colour differences
  • Damage from self-assembly, modification, misuse, or improper cleaning
  • Water damage, excessive humidity
  • Commercial use or outdoor use
  • Extra protection parts (rubber stands, anti-collision stickers)
  • FOC items

7. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact us with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
  3. Keep the original packaging if possible to ensure safe transport.
  4. Our team will assess and decide if repair, replacement, or store credit applies.
  5. Transport or service charges may apply if the issue is not covered.

8. General Conditions

  • The warranty is valid for original purchasers only and is non-transferable.
  • Replacement parts or repairs do not extend the original warranty period.
  • V Haus Living reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims.

9. Final Sales

All confirmed orders are final and binding. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed unless approved under special circumstances and may be subject to a processing fee.


10. Colour Disclaimer

  • Fabric Colour Variation: Minor differences between fabric batches are normal and not defects.
  • Lighting Environment: Fabric colours may appear slightly different under showroom lighting, home lighting, or natural daylight.
  • Photo Reference Limitation: Product images on the website are for reference only. Actual colours may vary due to screen displays, camera settings, and lighting conditions.
