Thank you for shopping with V Haus Living. We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. General Policy

  • All confirmed orders are considered final and binding.
  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once an order has been processed, unless approved under special circumstances.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items, display units, clearance items, and free-of-charge (FOC) items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Eligible Returns

  • The product has a major manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery, and you have reported it immediately upon delivery.
  • The claim must be supported with clear photos or videos and your original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and kept in the same condition as when delivered.

3. Return Request Procedure

  • To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your proof of purchase and clear evidence of the issue.
  • Our team will review your claim and may arrange for inspection or pick-up if necessary.
  • If your claim is approved, we will offer you repair, replacement, or refund/store credit, at our discretion.

4. Cancellation and Processing Fee

  • If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation (before delivery), it is subject to V Haus Living’s approval.
  • Approved cancellations may incur a processing fee of up to 30% of the order value to cover administrative and handling costs.

5. Transport & Handling Charges

  • For valid returns due to manufacturing defects or delivery damage, return shipping is free.
  • For returns or claims not covered under our warranty or policy, transport or inspection charges may apply.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Important Notes

  • Please retain all original packaging until you are certain there are no issues with your product.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, self-assembly errors, or unauthorised repairs are not eligible for return or refund.
  • V Haus Living reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and return claims.
